At Storkcraft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the product and place all components, hardware, and manuals back into the original shipping carton to ensure safe transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
